William is Ferdinand and Henrietta’s sixth child and fourth son.

1900 US Census: William [2] is living with Ferdinand and Henrietta .

1910 US Census: William [12] is living with Ferdinand and Henrietta and presumably attending school.

1920 US Census: William [22] is living with Ferdinand and Henrietta and the occupation field is blank.

1930 US Census: William [31] and his wife Margaret [26] are living/farming in Pierce, Nebraska with three children. Willa Mae [4], Elmer [3], and Delores [2].

1940 US Census: William [41] and Margaret [35] are living/farming in Pierce, Nebraska with four children. Willa Mae [14], Elmer [13], Delores [12], and Rosemary [10]

1950 US Census: William [52] and Margaret [45] are living/farming in Williams, Iowa.

Margaret dies in 1966 aged 61. William dies in 1967 aged 69.

My Father recalls that William and Margaret farmed in Nebraska and South Dakota before relocating to Iowa for better land in the 1940s. Then at some point moved to Minnesota, but returned to Fonda, Iowa for retirement. This has yet to be verified.
